​"Hi there! I am FEARless Fitness. I have been a personal trainer for two years, with six years of experience in the gym. I specialize in strength training and have been successful with many clients ranging from athletes, to people who have never stepped in a gym before. My goal is to provide you, the client, with a full understanding of the purpose of your program so that we can implement it properly and efficiently. I redefine the standard by adjusting each workout specifically for my client's genetics, goals, schedule and strength level to make sure it is a fun, educational, challenging and achievable workout session. I am constantly reading and expanding my knowledge, and adjusting programs as needed for my clients to achieve the best possible results in any given circumstance."

"I am a personal trainer & powerlifting coach here. I am currently pursuing my degree in kinesiology/exercise
physiology and hold a NASM certification with many more on the horizon. My goal is to have a
variety of high end certifications and be proficient in many aspects of fitness/nutrition. I love
working with individuals of all levels, but hold a specialty in strength training and sport/athletic
performance. If you’re on the fence or unsure about how to take your fitness goals to the next
